In the event of a conflict of Terms and Conditions between Tridelta and any Company, Organistion, Body or Individual, then receipt of product or services ordered from Tridelta will also mean that Tridelta Terms and Conditions are accepted as applying unless specifically stated otherwise in writing by Tridelta.
